OLIVE burrs are shaped and built with the idea that "all callus tissue is not equal!"  These are heavy duty burrs intended to use on the very heavy callus.  These burrs are very "aggressive" and are intended to be used at slower speeds of around 5,000 to 10,000 RPM.  You should start at the center of the callus and work to the edge.  These burrs will reduce a very heavy heel callus with amazing speed.  If used on nails, the shape does not allow you to get close to the nail fold.
